Roman Paul Smolorz

Roman Smolorz is a slavist and historian specialised in contemporary history and history of law. His main fields of interest are totalitarian systems in the 20th century, especially stalinism and national socialism. He is co-publisher and co-editor of the "Regensburger Hefte zur Geschichte und Kultur im östlichen Europa" ("Regensburg Journal of History and Culture in Eastern Europe").

The Journal is a platform for the international scientific dialogue which invites primarily younger historians, political scientists and specialists of culture history to present the yet unpublished results of their research work to a broader audience; nevertheless, advanced researchers are also cordially welcome!
The main intention of the Journal is to promote the discussion on topics which are currently not in focus of the international scientific dialogue.
If articles have been accepted by the editors, they are published in chronological order in German or English language. The Journal is not published periodically, but at least twice a year.
